Firstly, the teapot is one-third filled with water then the tea infuser with the tea is put inside the pot. Then pour more boiling water slowly over the leaves, the specially designed slots in the infuser will also slow the flow of water, and when the pot is filled the tea is brewed to perfection. Holds 2 litres.
