White Tea

There is an understated beauty to white tea. Among the least processed of all teas, it allows the natural character of the leaf to express itself with remarkably little intervention, producing some of the most delicate, fragrant and beguiling cups imaginable.

From exquisite silvery buds, covered in the fine down that gives many white teas their name, to beautifully withered whole leaves, the finest examples reveal an intriguing tapestry of flavour. Think gentle honey sweetness, fresh meadow flowers, ripe orchard fruits and the soft fragrance of warm summer hay.

Yet white tea has a surprising depth of character. Some are wonderfully light and ethereal, while others develop richer, rounded flavours, particularly as they mature. Even the palest infusion can leave a lasting impression on the palate.

Our collection reflects a long-standing fascination with teas that reward a little patience and curiosity. These are leaves to savour, allowing their gentle complexity to unfold as you drink.

White tea reminds us that extraordinary flavour doesn't always need to shout to be heard.
