Earl Grey China Moon Tea

We craft this tea in-house to our own closely guarded recipe—born from a simple ambition to create an exceptional version of the classic English blend. Most Earl Greys rely on artificial flavouring, but we sought out the finest natural bergamot oil to honour the tradition properly. This we've married with a carefully selected blend of mountain-grown Chinese teas, equally sublime with or without milk.

Made fresh almost daily, each cup delivers the full intensity of bergamot's distinctive character and aroma at its very best. Store it well in a quality tea caddy and it will age beautifully, remaining head and shoulders above most alternatives even years down the line.

The original Earl Grey's creator remains a mystery, as do the countless recipes claimed to be authentic. What we do know is that our blend has become our most beloved—and we're confident it will make you rediscover what Earl Grey was truly meant to taste like.
