Ghana Six Districts Milk Chocolate Buttons 40%

A highly distinctive milky couverture with 40% cocoa which reveals great red fruits and chestnut flavours enveloped in powerful cocoa, biscuits, honey and caramel notes. Its hazelnut aromas and a note of caramel are offset by a mildly sweet fruitiness. The farmer organisations where the cacao is harvested come from 6 different districts. They are located in the West of Ghana, west of Kumasi, where a dense vegetation belt and the tropical climate provide the perfect conditions for the cocoa tree to thrive.

40% Cocoa Solids

Pairs well with Orange Blossom Tea of Life, Yunnan Gold, Assam, A Taste of Honey, Earl Grey Autumn and Geisha Green Tea.

Matched with Sumatran Tiger Mountain coffee, roasted daily in our shop.

A delicious hot chocolate can be prepared by adding 25g of chocolate to 150ml of your milk of choice (or to your own taste) and microwaving for a couple of minutes, stopping to stir after 1 minute. If you want to create a frothy version simply shake in a securely lidded shaker or used a milk steamer if you have one.

As the drink is made with pure chocolate there should be no need to sweeten, whether you like milk or dark chocolate.
