Rest the strainer across a cup, jug or Gongfu fairness pitcher and pour the brewed tea through it. The finely pierced, skeleton-like leaf catches stray pieces of tea leaf and sediment before they reach the cup.
The intricate leaf form is decorative, but entirely practical, with a broad filtering surface that allows the tea to pass through easily. Made from gold finished stainless steel.
