This green porcelain V-shaped filter sits on a coffee server stand. Add a size 2 paper filter and freshly ground coffee, then pour the hot water slowly and evenly over the grounds. The deep cone and fluted sides encourage a steady flow and even extraction, while the ceramic helps retain heat during brewing.

The unusual star-shaped rim gives it a rather more decorative character than the usual utilitarian coffee dripper. Simple, durable and easy to clean, it is ideal for making one or two cups without the need for a machine.

The throughput speed and taste of the coffee depend on the degree of grinding of the coffee. The finer the grind of the coffee, the slower the throughput speed. The slower the throughput speed, the stronger and stronger the taste of the coffee and vice versa. You can adjust the taste and strength individually based on the degree of grinding and the amount of coffee.
