Created as a souvenir of Lincoln, Steeper Blend celebrates our historic home at The Norman House, 47 Steep Hill — the stone-built building that has welcomed visitors to Imperial Teas for generations.
From this remarkable setting, we have been blending teas for 35 years, sharing traditional favourites, rare discoveries and everyday comforts with customers from Lincoln and far beyond.
At its heart, Steeper Blend is a rich and satisfying breakfast tea: full-bodied, smooth and made for a proper morning cup. To give it a distinctive Imperial Teas character, we add a dash of muscatel second flush Darjeeling, bringing gentle aromatic lift, soft fruitiness and refined complexity.
The result is a classic breakfast blend with a graceful finish — familiar, comforting and just a little more special. A tea to take home from Lincoln, inspired by our shop, blended on Steep Hill and made to be enjoyed every day.
