Created as a souvenir of Lincoln, this coffee celebrates one of the city’s greatest landmarks: Lincoln Cathedral. Rising above Steep Hill and visible for miles across the county, the Cathedral has welcomed travellers, pilgrims and visitors for centuries. This blend follows that same idea of journey and arrival — coffees from Guatemala, Costa Rica and Colombia brought together in Lincoln.

Washed coffees from Guatemala and Costa Rica give the cup clarity, sweetness and balance, with notes of caramel, citrus and toasted nut. A naturally processed Colombian coffee adds a richer fruit character, bringing soft berry sweetness and a rounded finish.
