Legend has it the devil dispatched two imps to cause mischief in the cathedral: knocking over chairs, upending tables, and tripping the bishop. One brave imp climbed high to survey his chaos, only to be turned to stone by an avenging angel. To this day, the stone imp stands frozen...or so the story goes.
