The Phoenix Mountains contribute a remarkable tea with complex flavours and an enchanting floral and fruity character. From Taiwan—which produces some of the world's most exceptional black teas—comes a variety with a creamy, milk-like aroma that brings richness and depth, finishing with caramel notes touched by honey and frankincense. Buddha's Hand adds a distinctive presence: the dry leaves release a bold red grape aroma, whilst the cup reveals raisin-like flavours alongside subtle hints of bergamot and mint. We complete the blend with a personal favourite, prized for its honeyed aroma and the delicate suggestion of nectarine, rose, muscatel and dark chocolate on the palate.
