We've been roasting on our 2kg San Franciscan roaster since 1994, and we've never scaled up. Each batch produces just enough for eight supermarket-size packets—sometimes a single roast goes entirely to one customer. That small-batch approach means we can coax out the absolute best from every coffee we work with. It's a philosophy we're not willing to compromise on, and you taste the difference.
