We offer a choice of 24 Hour Tracked or 48 Hour Tracked service from Royal Mail to all U.K addresses including the Channel Islands. Please note, as per the Royal Mail terms and conditions, the 24 and 48 hour service is an aim not a guarantee. Guaranteed services are available on request. Please call us on 01522 560008.

Rates are a flat rate of £5.75 for 24-hour service and £5.00 for the 48-hour service up to 20kgs in weight.

If you provide email and mobile phone number details you will be notified of your parcels progress and you will also be sent a tracking number to track your order through the Royal Mail website. Please ensure you provide an accurate email address and check your spam folder if you do not receive the email from us.

Unfortunately, we are only able to ship internationally through UPS. We are so sorry for the inconvenience but due to factors outside our control this is the best option for our customers.

Should you wish to order, please place your order as usual selecting Collect in Store. We will get a quote for your shipment and contact you to see if it is acceptable. We will take payment over the telephone for the postage. Should the quote not be acceptable we will refund your credit card for the transaction.

Please be aware that duty and or taxes may be applied locally, over which we have no control. You can consult the customs authority to seek the rates in your country before ordering. For example, we believe that tea is subject to VAT throughout Europe, unlike the U.K where we do not charge this tax.

If a parcel is not collected or re-delivery arranged it will ultimately end up back with us when we will be happy to attempt another delivery. However, this will regrettably incur the appropriate charge at cost of postage. 

Delivery Times

We always endeavour to send your order the same day it is received, between Monday and Friday (approximately 3.00pm cut off). Orders placed over the weekend will be sent out on Monday for delivery on Tuesday or Wednesday dependent on the service you opt for.

In using Royal Mail for our delivery service, we are bound by their conditions.

Any returns made under the distance selling act (this excludes perishable items like tea and coffee) must be made by a similar signed for service at the customer's expense.

Returns & Exchanges

In the interests of preserving hygiene we can only accept returns on non-perishable items such as accessories, tea caddies, tea infusers, teapots etc. If upon receipt you wish to return your goods, or items are damaged you must notify us of your intention to return within 7 days of receiving your order, following which you have 30 days to send your items back to us.

When returning your items you will be responsible for all postage costs incurred. Once we have received your returned items, we will provide a refund direct to your account or can provide a credit note or an exchange. If you wish to exchange your items for another product then we are happy to, provided it is of an equal value.

Packaging

As the majority of our products are perishable items (tea and coffee), we only use the highest quality airtight packaging to deliver your goods. All our deliveries are sealed in store and will arrive unopened and fresh, with an average 18 month shelf life.
