AOSHINO UNOFU MATCHA TEA BOWL
Why not add
The basic shape of the Matcha bowl Aoshino Unofu is reshaped again and again by hand so that each bowl is individualized. After that, the master potters skillfully influence the firing process and the surface structure. The random pattern on the white glaze usually reminds people of landscape paintings. The Unofu style of the same name was established in Japan in the late 16th century.
This was produced in the famous pottery region of Mino, in the prefecture of Gifu in central Japan. The pottery called Mino-Yaki has been produced for over 1000 years.
