BLACK DRAGON OOLONG TEA
Black Dragon Oolong Tea

This heavily oxidised Oolong is close to a good black Chinese tea in character but has less strength. This mildness makes it an extremely popular afternoon tea. Woody, malt, orchid-like aromas are noticeable in the toasty, apricot infusion.

This heavily oxidised oolong is close to a good black Chinese tea in character but has less strength. This mildness makes it an extremely popular afternoon tea. Woody, malt, orchid-like aromas are noticeable in the toasty, apricot infusion. The light infusion is smooth and does not become bitter. It is grown in the Nantou area of Taiwan. It is a good introduction to the teas from the island that in my opinion is producing the best teas of any variety in the world at the moment.
