It has a fresh plum-like flavour, a tangy sweetness, and a rich, toasty aftertaste.

It has a fresh plum-like flavour, a tangy sweetness, and a rich, toasty aftertaste. The hand-rolled leaf has a glossy, minty green colour with a chestnut aroma. It is also known as Zhen Mei. Jiangsu province produces just 1.8% of China’s tea output, including the famous Bi Luo Chun.
