Every year there is a race to buy the best of the early, first flush Darjeelings from the top gardens. These teas fetch very good prices for the growers and are mainly snapped up by the markets in Japan, Germany, France and recently China. We are lucky to have a special relationship with Vishal, owner of Jay Shree Tea, who allows us to cherry pick a very small amount from the earliest invoices. This is invoice DJ3.
