This limited edition Hasami-Yaki cup is made of premium porcelain. They are made & hand glazed in Hasami, Nagasaki, Japan. It is hard to find a country that produces such exquisite tea ware. The beautiful indigo blue and white glaze is applied to create a gradient. The bottom of the cup is left free of any glaze, so you get the amazingly smooth haptic of raw porcelain.
