IRISH CREAM FLAVOURED COFFEE
We select a single origin speciality coffee that is complemented by the addition of natural, Irish Cream whiskey flavouring. A warm and comforting drink that combines the rich and robust flavour of coffee with the smooth, velvety taste of Irish whisky. This beloved cocktail has a complex and layered taste that is both satisfying and indulgent. At first sip, the strong and bold taste of the coffee hits the palate, with its chocolate and fruity notes providing a solid foundation for the rest of the drink. The addition of the whiskey adds a subtle sweetness and smokiness, which balances out the coffee. The coffee and whiskey are then tempered with a layer of cream, which provides a silky smoothness and a hint of sweetness to the drink. As you take a sip, the layers of flavour, sweet vanilla and caramel notes, hints of chocolate, and a subtle nuttiness combine to create a delicious drink. Make it even more indulgent by adding fresh cream to the cup.

We've been roasting the world's best coffee in our 2kg San Franciscan roaster since 1994, resisting the temptation and logic of roasting on a more commercial scale, to stand by the philosophy that we can bring out the best in any coffee working this way. To give some context, each batch produces just enough for 8 supermarket size packets. Often, one roast is taken entirely by one customer!
