Our Blueberry Matcha is made with Japanese Uji matcha and natural blueberry flavouring, creating a vibrant green tea powder with a soft berry sweetness and a smooth, mellow finish.

The blueberry flavour adds a rounded fruit note to the fresh green character of the matcha, making it especially enjoyable as a latte, iced drink or colourful café-style serve. It has the grassy brightness of Japanese green tea balanced by the familiar sweetness of ripe blueberries.

For a simple serve, whisk with hot water until smooth and lightly frothy. For a richer drink, make a paste with a little warm water, then add steamed milk, cold milk or your favourite dairy-free alternative. Sweeten to taste to bring out the blueberry notes.

This tea is made using traditional Japanese techniques passed down through generations.

It is produced in small batches and ground at a low speed (just 30g per hour) on handcrafted granite mills. This protects the matcha from heat damage and ensures the resulting powder is extremely fine, preserving all the flavour and nutrients.
