Our Salted Caramel Matcha is made with Japanese Uji matcha and natural salted caramel flavouring, creating a vibrant green tea powder with a smooth, creamy sweetness and a gentle savoury finish.

The salted caramel flavour softens the fresh green character of the matcha, bringing notes of buttery caramel, light sweetness and a subtle touch of salt. It is especially enjoyable as a latte, iced drink or café-style serve, where milk helps bring out its rounded dessert-like character.

For a simple serve, whisk with hot water until smooth and lightly frothy. For a richer drink, make a paste with a little warm water, then add steamed milk, cold milk or your favourite dairy-free alternative. Sweeten to taste to enhance the caramel notes.

This tea is made using traditional Japanese techniques passed down through generations.

It is produced in small batches and ground at a low speed (just 30g per hour) on handcrafted granite mills. This protects the matcha from heat damage and ensures the resulting powder is extremely fine, preserving all the flavour and nutrients.
