Our Strawberry Matcha is made with Japanese Uji matcha and natural strawberry flavouring, creating a vibrant green tea powder with a soft berry sweetness and a fresh, creamy finish.

The strawberry flavour brings a bright fruit note to the smooth green character of the matcha, making it especially approachable for lattes, iced drinks and café-style matcha. It has the freshness of Japanese green tea with the familiar sweetness of ripe strawberry.

For a simple serve, whisk with hot water until smooth and lightly frothy. For a richer drink, make a paste with a little warm water, then add steamed milk, cold milk or your favourite dairy-free alternative. Sweeten to taste to bring out the strawberry notes.

It is produced in small batches and ground at a low speed (just 30g per hour) on handcrafted granite mills. This protects the matcha from heat damage and ensures the resulting powder is extremely fine, preserving all the flavour and nutrients.
