Our Vanilla Matcha is made with Japanese Uji matcha and natural vanilla flavouring, creating a smooth, mellow green tea powder with a soft creamy sweetness and a gentle aromatic finish.

The natural vanilla rounds the fresh, grassy character of the matcha without overpowering it, making this a beautifully approachable choice for both traditional whisked matcha and modern café-style drinks.

For a classic bowl, whisk with hot water until smooth and lightly frothy. For a richer drink, make a paste with a little warm water, then add steamed milk, cold milk or your favourite dairy-free alternative. Sweeten to taste to bring out the creamy vanilla notes.

This tea is made using traditional Japanese techniques passed down through generations.

It is produced in small batches and ground at a low speed (just 30g per hour) on handcrafted granite mills. This protects the matcha from heat damage and ensures the resulting powder is extremely fine, preserving all the flavour and nutrients.
