VOODOO COMET COFFEE

This is the most popular darkly roasted coffee in our range. Although often firstly bought for its name, it becomes the once bitten forever smitten favourite of those that drink it. Although roasted to a dark, oily appearance it shows the smooth, silky origins of the blend of single estate Central American and Caribbean coffee beans in the cup. This blend is adjusted to maintain a constant character according to availability. Cupping notes include dark chocolate, spice, nutmeg, malt, black cherry, nut, molasses, liquorice, plum, sweet tobacco and treacle toffee. It works well whether prepared in an espresso machine, cafetiere or filter. As with all of our coffees it is selected from the finest, ethical estates in the coffee growing origin and roasted in our small batch roaster.
