WHY HAS THE RUM GONE FLAVOURED COFFEE
We select a single origin speciality coffee that is complemented by the addition of natural, dark rum flavouring to create a unique and indulgent drink. The taste of rum is complex and multifaceted. At first sip, you may detect a rich sweetness, akin to caramel or molasses. This is often followed by a warm, spiced flavour, with notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, or allspice. As you savour the rum, you may also pick up on hints of fruit or citrus, adding a bright and refreshing note to the overall flavour profile. The finish is smooth and warming, with a finish that lingers pleasantly on the tongue. It's a delicious and decadent way to enjoy your morning coffee or indulge in a special treat.

We've been roasting the world's best coffee in our 2kg San Franciscan roaster since 1994, resisting the temptation and logic of roasting on a more commercial scale, to stand by the philosophy that we can bring out the best in any coffee working this way. To give some context, each batch produces just enough for 8 supermarket size packets. Often, one roast is taken entirely by one customer!
The best tip we can offer to enhance your enjoyment of any coffee you try is to suggest that you grind your own beans freshly as required.
